  1. Highest Price Analysis for your home- Pricing your home is key to bring the right Buyers through your home. I will analyse all the features of your home, area influences and comparable homes sold to determine the highest price to list your home at.

  2. Agents Notified- Our office team of over 75 agents will be notified of your home coming on the market so that they can start looking through their large pool of Buyers prior to your home hitting the market.

  3. Coming Soon Sign- I will post a coming soon to MLS sign on your front lawn to start to generate interest in your home as we are preparing it for sale.

  4. Professional Home Staging Consultation- As part of my marketing package I include a free home staging consultation by awarding winning home stagers. It is very important that your home presents well in photos and in person. Home staging creates a space in which potential buyers can picture themselves living in.

  5. Professional HD Photos and Virtual Tour- Without high quality photos on the internet, potential Buyers may not visit your home. I use IGuide the most high tech company currently available to take HD photos and create the most interactive virtual tour available including floor plans.

  6. Your Own Web Domain- ie. so that Buyers will have quick access to information about home.

  7. Your Home on Over 20 Websites- I will have your home’s listing available on over 20 websites so no one misses it.

  8. Your Home Listed on MLS- Most homes are listed on MLS, however many are incomplete when they hit the market, missing photos and key information. This can cause Buyers to skip over listing. When I list your home on MLS all photos, virtual tours, open houses and key information is included when your home hits the market. I also choose the best timing for your home to hit the market to create the greatest impact.

  9. Professional Marketing Center- Is used to create impactful feature sheets, flyers and advertising to make your home unforgettable to potential Buyers.

  10. Just listed Flyers- are distributed throughout your neighbourhood and to targeted neighbourhoods with potential Buyers, so everyone knows your home is for sale.

  11. Open House- I will hold public and agent open houses to help generate more traffic through your home. Quite often we find that your neighbours know someone that would like to move into the area and this is a great way to show case your home.

  12. Create Multiple Offer Situation’s- Once I am notified of an offer on your home I will personally notify all agents and potential Buyers that have been through your home of the offer. Hopefully this will create a multiple offer situation.
